Derusting tips for high pressure boiler tubes:

[2] Tool rust removal: The surface of the high-pressure boiler steel pipe can be ground by wire brush to remove loose or warped scale, rust and welding slag. Manual tool descaling can reach SA2, power tool rust removal can reach SA3. If high-pressure boiler steel pipe surface has solid oxide scale attached, the tool rust removal effect is not ideal, it can not meet the anti-corrosion requirements of construction anchor line depth.

[3] Pickling: Pickling is generally carried out by chemical methods and electrolysis. Chemical pickling is only used for pipeline corrosion protection. It can remove scale, rust and old coatings. Sometimes it can be used as a re-treatment after sandblasting and rust removal. Although chemical cleaning can achieve a certain degree of cleanliness and roughness, the anchor line is shallow and easily causes environmental pollution.

(4) Spraying (throwing) derusting: spraying (甩) descaling is carried out by high-power motor spraying (throwing) blades to rotate at high speed, so that abrasives such as steel grit, steel shot, wire, mineral, etc. are sprayed under centrifugal force (throwing) On the surface O. F steel pipes not only completely remove rust, oxides and dirt, but also high-pressure boiler tubes can be achieved by abrasive impact and friction under uniform roughness.

Spraying (throwing) rust removal not only enlarges the physical adsorption of the tube surface, but also improves the mechanical adhesion between the coating and the tube surface. Therefore, spray (甩) descaling is an ideal method for derusting. In general, shot blasting (sand) rust removal is mainly used for the inner surface treatment of high pressure boiler tubes, and shot blasting (sand) rust removal is mainly used for outer surface treatment tubes.
